Any estimated production, dispatch or delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will communicate material delays where required and comply with applicable delivery obligations. The use of a third-party supplier does not remove our responsibilities to customers under applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery periods will be displayed where applicable during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs or delays caused by incorrect information may arise, subject to applicable law.

If a parcel appears delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, contact our customer support team with your order number so we can investigate.

We will handle delivery problems in accordance with applicable consumer law. We cannot exclude responsibility for a failure to deliver where that responsibility legally rests with MAIREZ.

8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Purchasing a MAIREZ product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
